FeelingPrepper is a personal mental-wellness journaling app that helps you build healthy daily habits using two evidence-based CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) tools. Whether you're managing stress, low mood, or just want to stay grounded, Feeling Prepper gives you a simple, private space to check in with yourself every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO • GRAPES — Behavioral activation made simple. Log one small activity across six categories (Gentle with yourself, Relaxation, Accomplishment, Pleasure, Exercise, and Social) to build momentum and beat low mood. • Cognitive Triangle — Reframe unhelpful thinking. Tap into the connection between your Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors to understand patterns and respond differently. • Daily check-ins — A quick, judgment-free space to reflect on how you're doing. STAY MOTIVATED Progress is gamified with a daily streak and a pet companion that grows alongside your habits. Small steps, every day, add up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal is yours. All entries are your own private content. Manage everything from Settings: • Export your data anytime as a CSV file • Permanently delete your account and all data, right inside the app • Local-only reminders — no tracking, no ads THOUGHTFUL REMINDERS Optional local notifications nudge you for daily check-ins, streaks, milestones, and your companion — all toggleable in Settings. No spam. IMPORTANT FeelingPrepper is a self-help wellness tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, in-app resources include 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), the Crisis Text Line, and 911. Start small. Feel prepared.
