Tired of saving workout videos and never doing them? Instagym turns workouts from social into structured sessions you’ll actually follow, built around the moments you’re training for. A wedding. A vacation. Summer. New Years. More energy. Feeling confident again. Or simply getting back into a rhythm. Whatever’s ahead, Instagym helps you train for it with the creators you already love and builds a Gym Wardrobe from the fits you already wear, pulled from your camera roll. HOW INSTAGYM WORKS 1) Share a workout from Instagram, or paste a YouTube class 2) Get a structured session with clips, sets, and reps 3) Follow your weekly plan and track your progress 4) Optionally film your sets beside the demo — clips save to Photos when you’re done WHAT YOU GET 1. FROM SAVED VIDEO TO REAL SESSION Stop pausing and rewinding. Instagym breaks each workout into clear exercise cards you can tap through, log, and finish — whether it’s an Instagram Reel or a YouTube follow-along. 2. A PLAN BUILT AROUND YOUR WHY Your weekly plan isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s shaped around why you’re showing up—life moments, energy, confidence, performance, or a fresh start. 3. NO FIXED LIBRARY. NO WORKOUT CEILING. Other apps cap you at a preset catalog. Instagym doesn’t. Every workout you bring in can become a new session, so your library grows with your taste, not a numbered list. 4. FILM YOUR SETS. KEEP YOUR CLIPS ON YOUR PHONE. Record yourself during working sets next to the demo. When you finish, your clips save to the Photos app. We don’t upload, store, or use these videos. 5. YOUR GYM WARDROBE, FROM YOUR CAMERA ROLL The looks you already wear to train are already on your phone. Instagym finds them and builds a visual wardrobe you can revisit and grow over time. 6. PROGRESS THAT ADDS UP Track sessions, streaks, and consistency so showing up gets easier over time. Instagym is the bridge between the workouts you save and the ones you complete.
