Luvvy

Most relationship advice is written for relationships in trouble. Luvvy is for the other kind: two people doing fine who would like to be doing better. Luvvy is the relationship gym for modern couples. Nothing to fix. Something to get good at. Whether you've just fallen in love or have been together for years, Luvvy gives you meaningful ways to understand each other, connect, have fun and keep your relationship growing. GROW TOGETHER Guided, self-paced journeys made up of short reads, quizzes and exercises, each focused on one part of your relationship. How you listen. What happens to you in an argument. Why desire shows up some days and not others. Who is carrying the invisible planning. What a compliment is actually doing. Learn something about yourself, discover something about your partner, and turn what you learn into something you can actually use together. DISCOVER EACH OTHER How well do you really know your partner? Take quizzes individually, guess what your partner might say, then reveal and compare your answers side by side. Discover where you match, where you see things differently, and the things about each other you may never have thought to ask. Sometimes the most interesting part isn't getting the answer right. It's finding out why you got it wrong. A LITTLE LOVE, EVERY DAY Great relationships are built in the little things. Luvvy gives you small, specific actions you can actually do today. Kiss for six full seconds before you leave. Name one thing your partner does that nobody sees. Ask what's feeling heavy this week. Choose the ones that fit. Skip the ones that don't. Tomorrow, a fresh set will be waiting. Small enough to fit into everyday life. Meaningful enough to make a difference. MAKE MEMORIES TOGETHER Swipe through date ideas and couple activities, choose what you'd love to try, and find out where you and your partner match. From going out and trying something new to staying home and cooking together, Luvvy helps turn "we should do that sometime" into something you actually do. MORE WAYS TO CONNECT Connection doesn't always need a serious conversation. Conversation starters, playful quizzes, cooking experiences, intimacy exercises and challenges, all designed to bring more curiosity, novelty and fun into your relationship. Some take a few minutes. Others might inspire an entire evening. TOPICS INSIDE Communication. Listening. Conflict. Stress. Appreciation. Attachment. Love styles. Intimacy. Desire. Touch. Sex. Quality time. Mental load. Finances. Relationship goals. And more. HOW IT WORKS Read something short. Take a quiz. Pick up an activity or two to try together. Ten minutes at a time, not another programme you have to keep up with. Start on your own whenever you like. When your partner joins, the comparisons and shared activities open up too, and you can invite them whenever the moment feels right. RELATIONSHIP SCIENCE, WITHOUT THE ABSOLUTES The writing takes the research seriously. Where a finding is strong, we say so. Where the popular version of a claim hasn't held up, we say that too. No single quiz result defines you or your relationship. You won't be ranked, scored against other couples, or told what your relationship should look like. Luvvy is here to help you get curious about each other, have better conversations and practise the skills that help relationships grow. Because you don't need to wait until something is wrong to work on something that matters. Love brought you together. Keep choosing each other. Your relationship is worth the workout. Pulse is not a health tracker for couples. It is a private layer between how your body feels and how your partner shows up. Your Apple Watch and iPhone already notice the quiet things: lighter sleep, a heavier day, energy coming back. Pulse compares today against your own recent weeks, on your phone, and turns the difference into one small, human sentence for the person you love, like "A calm evening might mean a lot today", along with one concrete way to be there: send some love, suggest something gentle, give a little space. Your partner gets the meaning. Never the measurement. HOW THE LOOP WORKS 1. Your body changes. Pulse notices a deviation from your own baseline, not from a population average. A resting heart rate that is normal for one person is unusual for another, so there is no shared threshold anywhere in the app. 2. Pulse understands the context. Your sleep, recovery and activity are read together, and the reading says how sure it is. A soft guess is called a soft guess. 3. Your partner gets one sentence and one gesture. Never a number, never a chart, never a diagnosis. Their card offers a warm tap, a tuned suggestion, or a quiet "give them space". 4. The next morning, Pulse asks you: did how they showed up help? One tap. Your answer goes only to your partner, only as one of four words, and it is what teaches Pulse which gestures actually land for the two of you. WHY COUPLES TRUST PULSE - One cue a day, gone by midnight. There is no archive and no chart of your partner's body. Pulse tells you how to be there for them today, then gets out of the way. - Your raw health data never leaves your phone. Heart rate, sleep hours, steps: your partner never sees the numbers, and neither do we. Everything is interpreted on your device. - It learns your baseline, not someone else's. A few days of history is enough for a first reading, and it grows more assured on its own. - It sounds like you, not like an app. In Know Us, write down what actually helps on a hard day and what is better left alone. Your partner reads it in your own words, and Pulse weaves one line of it into the moment it matters. Nothing there is ever guessed. - You can simply say it. Ask for affection, a hug, time together or a little space, without having to find the words for it, and see when they are on it. - A private space for just the two of you. Chat, playful gestures, photos and GIFs, and your shared "Our story" timeline, protected with end-to-end encryption. The keys stay in your iCloud Keychain, so nobody else can read a word. Not even us. - You stay in control, always. Every kind of sharing is a separate switch. Pause instantly, go invisible for a while, or end the connection and every shared record is deleted. - Cycle aware, entirely on your terms. Optional Rhythm Awareness gently shapes the tone of your cues without ever naming the phase. Sharing your real cycle calendar is a separate, deliberate choice, off by default. - Unusual moments are yours to share, or not. If Pulse notices a short window of unusual heart signals, nothing is sent unless you approve that exact moment. - Built for Apple Watch. Your partner's day at a glance, a one-tap "thinking of you", a mood check-in and a morning summary, right on your wrist. AND THE LIFE YOU KEEP TOGETHER A shared shopping list, a watchlist, a wishlist, a shared calendar, a date to plan, and the day you count from, with a quiet celebration on the anniversary. No account to create, ever. Pulse uses the iCloud you are already signed into, and your chat, timeline and settings are waiting on a new iPhone. Health data is never part of that backup. Pulse is a wellness companion, not a medical device. Its cues are gentle estimates, not diagnoses, and they always leave room for the context only you know. Every health concept in the app is backed by a cited, reputable source. Made in Vienna by two people who got tired of guessing.
