About

Daily Blocks

Features

Most routine apps hand you a checklist and wish you luck. Daily Blocks gives you the pieces instead. Breakdown your morning, the most critical part of the day with different blocks, reuse them across every routine you run, and follow your day one task at a time. BUILT FROM BLOCKS, NOT LISTS Tasks are the things you do. Blocks are named groups of them, like "Morning start" or "Wind down." Routines are a day's worth of blocks, anchored to real start times and scheduled per weekday. Change a block once and every routine that uses it follows. That is the whole idea. ONE TASK AT A TIME Today shows you what is next, not everything at once. Swipe right to complete, left to skip. Or switch to Focus mode, which hides the list entirely and shows a single task until it is done. Prefer buttons to swiping? That is a setting, not a redesign. WHEN THE STRUCTURE HAS TO LIVE OUTSIDE YOUR HEAD If you have ADHD, the problem was never wanting to do the thing. Daily Blocks holds the structure for you: one task on screen instead of twelve, a routine you assembled back when you had the focus to plan it, and a timeline that tells you whether the day you designed actually fits the hours you have. No guilt loops. No streak-loss notifications engineered to panic you back into the app. If today falls apart, tomorrow's routine is still built and still waiting. A DAY YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE Blocks anchor to start times, and the gaps between them render as free time or work time on a timeline. You find out your morning does not fit in forty minutes before you have failed at it for a week. STREAKS YOU HAVE TO EARN The streak counts completed tasks in a row, not days you opened the app. Nothing auto-completes. Nothing celebrates a day you did not finish. A day with no real progress does not count as a win, because it wasn't one. APPLE HEALTH DOES THE CHECKING OFF Opt a task in and a matching workout or mindfulness session from Apple Health completes it for you. Run five miles, and "Run" is already ticked when you open the app. No double logging. GHOST MODE Quietly race today's run against your best comparable past day of the same routine. Only your wins ever surface, so it can encourage you but never scold you. PROGRESS WORTH READING A completion heatmap, all-time records, and custom goals scoped by task, by category, or by life area. See which parts of your routine you actually keep and which ones you have been quietly abandoning for a month. LOCK SCREEN AND DYNAMIC ISLAND A Live Activity keeps the current task on your Lock Screen with a one-tap complete button, so a routine does not require unlocking your phone eleven times. WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS EVERYWHERE Opens instantly from a local cache and keeps working with no signal. Your routines sync across your devices and survive a new phone. CALM ON PURPOSE No guilt loops. No manipulative streak-loss notifications. No ads, no subscription, no upsell. Celebrations are a small puff of confetti, not a full-screen takeover. If you want the opposite, there are four optional loud themes, including Pop Comic and Synthwave. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export everything or permanently delete your account from inside the app, any time. We do not sell your data and we do not track you across other apps. Free. iPhone, iOS 17 or later.
