Present Practice is rooted in the belief that yoga is more than movement — it is a path inward and forward. Formerly Yoga hŌM Austin, our studio has expanded into a new home and a new name, uniting everything we offer under one global community. Located in downtown Austin, our space is a sanctuary for self-discovery, personal growth, and connection. Inspired by the places we travel together — from Morocco and Bhutan to Bali — the studio is designed to create a sense of arrival and belonging. Handcrafted architectural details, warm natural materials, and thoughtful transitions throughout the space invite you to slow down, arrive fully, and feel at home. A welcoming café and curated retail shop encourage gathering before and after class, reinforcing that community is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a wide range of practices, including heated and non-heated vinyasa, power vinyasa, yin, kundalini, breathwork & meditation, yoga foundations, hot mat Pilates, and strength-based sculpt classes. Every class begins with breath and intention and ends with deep rest — creating a container for presence, reflection, and reconnection with your innermost Self. Beyond the studio, Present Practice is a global community. Through immersive retreats and transformational teacher trainings around the world, we support students in deepening their practice, embodying the wisdom of yoga off the mat, and living with greater intention. Whether you’re stepping into yoga for the first time or continuing a lifelong practice, you’re invited to return — again and again — to what matters most. Welcome home.

Nth Hour app features a personalized coach for the moment you usually quit your fitness and health goals. Those late night cravings, happy hour drinks, missed workouts; you name it the coach has your back! The coach will set your calories, protein, and water goals based on you. This is also all adjustable by you and it will adjust based on what Apple Health sees what you do. Log your food by photo, barcode, or even a few words. Every food item carries a health score out of 10. This was built from published nutrition facts such as: nutrient quality, processing, and ingredient evidence. It is not meant to scare you but only to inform you! Scan a grocery receipt and your pantry fills itself in the app. The coach thinks like a 20 year experienced nutritionist, a trained strength coach, and a skilled chef. It will build your training week from your experience, injures, and where you train. This then programs your week and the following week from what you actually did. Coach knows what you love, what brings you down, and all those late night cravings that happened last night. Ask coach anything at any hour. We all have those cravings especially when we are training hard. I built this app for this sole purpose. I want those cravings without the guilt. The craving SOS button gives you honest options and tells you how to portion it so you can still enjoy without derailing your progress. It'll make something from your pantry, tell you what to grab nearby, order delivery within your budget, or have what you want but portioned into your "treat" budget. Now your data is not sold anywhere and it is only used to create a personalized plan by the coach and the coach only sees what it needs for each reply. Your food, weight, and workouts are only live on your device. Highlights: - daily calories, protein, water, carbs, sweets, and goals that move with your training - food logging by photo, barcode, search, text, or pantry - 0 to 10 health score on every food with reasoning - a weekly training plan from your coach that tracks your progress - a craving sos button - a coach that remembers you and adapts its tone - streaks that dim instead of dying and has a weekly grace day - Apple Health, smart scale, and watch sync - a gentle mode for anyone that gets stressed out from number based goals - sign in with Apple or an email code
