Tracking vs Harmony Playground

Tracking For Focus: Your Body Awareness Assistant on Apple Watch Enhance your body awareness with Tracking For Focus. Lovingly and precisely designed for Apple Watch, our app tracks movements related to BFRB, such as trichotillomania (hair pulling or eating), skin picking (face picking), and onychophagia (nail biting). Through sessions, we will help you overcome bad habits, helping you stay calm and focused in any situation. This app was developed at the Apple Developer Academy / UCB.
