Forward school email to your family's private address. Every notice becomes a clean task list — nothing to type, ever. Friday Folder is the only family app that works when nobody opens it. Give your school one email address, and permission slips, picture days, spirit weeks, and field-trip fees turn into tasks — signed, paid, packed, and worn on time. HOW IT WORKS • Your family gets a private forwarding address — add it to the parent portal once, done forever • AI reads each notice and pulls out exactly what a parent must do: sign, pay, pack, wear, RSVP • Attachments count too — the flyer or permission slip in a PDF or Word doc is read like the email itself • Every task links back to the original notice — see the exact sentence it came from • Snap paper notices with the camera, or share emails and PDFs straight in EVERY MORNING AT 6:30 One push with what has to happen today, per child. Short enough to read at a stoplight. SHARE THE LOAD Invite a co-parent or grandparent. Helpers can check things off; viewers just see everything. No extra subscription — they share yours. BUILT FOR REAL FAMILIES • One shopping list and one signature sweep across every child • Family calendar that catches conflicts — both kids, same Thursday, 1pm • Kids at different schools? Mail from each school routes to the right child • Never guesses which child a notice is for — it asks • Add any school event to your own calendar with one tap • Notices with nothing to do are filed and searchable, not lost Friday Folder is a subscription with a free trial; plans are shown in the app. Billed through Apple; cancel anytime. Your family's notices are yours: never sold, never used for ads, never used to train AI models. Delete everything anytime.
