Yes, PROVE IT will force you to get out of bed, ... because you have to tap a sticker to make it SHUT UP. But it doesn't stop there. Taking your meds. (put a Sticker on your meds) Walking the dog. (put a Sticker by the leash) Finally doing the dishes. (put a Sticker by the sink) Leaving the house. (put a Sticker in your car) Throughout the day, PROVE IT alerts will NOT shut up unless you tap a PROVE IT Sticker. If you can put a Sticker by it, PROVE IT can get you there. Ooops, you annoyed yourself into adulting. WHAT IT IS: - PROVE IT fires an alert — loud, relentless, allergic to snoozing. - It doesn't stop until you physically get up, walk over, and tap your phone to a PROVE IT Sticker (which is stuck on the thing you keep avoiding). - You can set it up to be recurring or one-time. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set an alert — pick a time (one-time or recurring), name it, and pair it with a PROVE IT Sticker. 2. The alert fires. Loud. It won't stop on its own. 3. Walk to the PROVE IT Sticker and tap your phone to it. That's the only way to silence it. 4. You Proved It. EVIL ACCOUNTABILITY, BUT IT WORKS PROVE IT isn't about willpower. Willpower is unreliable — that's the whole problem. PROVE IT solves what willpower can't with something more annoying: a real, physical object you have to walk to and touch, in the real world, before the noise stops. WHAT PEOPLE PROVE - Getting out of bed - Taking meds or vitamins - Walking the dog - Cleaning the litter box - Doing the laundry - Watering the plants - Practicing an instrument - Starting work on time - Flossing (seriously) - Locking up before bed ONLY WORKS WITH PROVE IT STICKERS The app requires our tech-enabled Stickers. Grab a pack of PROVE IT STICKERS at shop.shelpful.com -- stick one anywhere you need to show up. - The app is Free to download, no subscription needed. Get there. Prove it.
