Inner Peak vs Roostly

Welcome to Inner Peak, a nature-themed game for your wellbeing. Inner Peak turns self-care into a journey you actually want to take: check in each day from your Homebase, take a short Side Quest to find support and connection, and follow a personalized Trail of daily activities based on your goals.. Along the way, track your mood over time, reflect in your journal with your magic pencil to help express yourself, get personalized suggestions from our library of therapist-created videos, and, when you need it, get connected to a real mental health provider. While Peak's content is designed with high school and college students in mind, it's built for anyone working toward a healthier mind. DAILY CHECK-INS AT HOMEBASE Start each day at your Homebase with a quick check-in about your overall wellbeing, from mood and emotions to movement and relationships. Reflect with guided daily questions, and watch your progress build. Keep your streak going and earn badges at 7, 14, and 30 days to stay motivated. DAILY SIDE QUESTS Once you've checked in, Inner Peak suggests three short side quests chosen for the kind of day you're having. Take a Scenic Route to slow down, a Small Step to do one thing that helps, or Plant a Seed to leave something behind for a harder day, whether that's a note, a song, or a list of what actually works for you. Most take just a few minutes. Everything you plant grows in your Future-Self Garden, and Inner Peak brings it back to you on the days you need it most. CHOOSE YOUR PEAK, FOLLOW YOUR TRAIL Pick the "Peak" you want to climb, whatever goal or area of life you're working on, and Inner Peak builds you a personalized Trail of bite-sized daily activities. Whether you're wanting to make new friends, building a personal coping kit, setting meaningful goals, or figuring out what recharges you, there's a Trail for it. Each Trail walks you through real-life scenarios and guided activities, then turns what you learn into action through hands-on challenges, one step at a time. TRACK YOUR MOOD, SEE YOUR PATTERNS Log how you're feeling in a single tap, then watch it add up. My Journey keeps a color-coded calendar of every check-in by week or month, so you can look back over two weeks, a month, or your whole history and see what's actually shifting. Tap any day to revisit the mood you logged, the questions you answered, and the activities you finished. Over time, the patterns show up on their own: what lifts you, what drains you, and what's worth doing more of. PERSONALIZED INTERACTIVE JOURNALING Choose from 10+ magic pencils, from warm and supportive to direct and challenging, and reflect in your journal with guided prompts anytime. Built with clinical psychologists and wellbeing professionals, Inner Peak surfaces prompts that help you go deeper, and shares advice grounded in our library of expert-created resources. THERAPIST-CREATED VIDEO LIBRARY Explore a growing library of short, engaging, therapist-created videos. Each one is digestible and practical, with content suggested specifically for your goals and the things you're working through.
