Pholeo Onsite is the event floor in your pocket — the execution companion to the Pholeo event-production platform. Built for the people who make events happen: producers, crew leads, vendors, and onsite teams who need to know exactly what's happening, what's next, and what's done. YOUR PRODUCTION BOARD, LIVE Every item for your event, organized by status, location, or schedule. Changes made by anyone on your team (on mobile OR web) appear instantly. No refreshing, no radio check-ins to confirm what's already done. FIND ANYTHING IN SECONDS Search as you type, and filter by status, location, assignee, tag, or date. When 200 things are happening at once, you'll find the exact information you need in seconds. EVERYTHING ABOUT AN ITEM, IN ONE PLACE Services, checklists, files, comments, and a complete activity history. Ask a question or notify a teammate with an @mention. Attach the rider, the diagram, or the invoice. MARK IT DONE — WITH PROOF Complete items right from the floor and attach a completion photo straight from your camera. The whole team sees it the moment it happens. NEVER MISS YOUR MOMENT Push notifications when you're assigned an event, mentioned in a comment, or something needs your attention. Pholeo Onsite is part of the Pholeo platform. Planning tools (budgets, event builder, reports, and printing) live in Pholeo on the web at pholeo.io. Team accounts are set up by your event organizer.
