Your brain has enough tabs open. Hand one to Toki. Toki is your AI executive assistant for work and life. Turn everyday information into notes, tasks, calendar events and reminders, with less to keep in your head. The client follow-up. The dentist appointment. The idea that shows up while you are making coffee. Start with one small thing and give it somewhere to go. SAY IT. TYPE IT. SAVE IT. Use your own words to tell Toki what you need. Speak a request, type a quick thought, or share a screenshot or photo. Ask Toki to turn the useful details into a calendar event, task or reminder. Review the result and correct the details in the conversation. Try: "Remind me to send the proposal tomorrow at 10." TURN SCREENSHOTS INTO PLANS An invitation in a message. An appointment confirmation. Plans buried in a group chat. Share the screenshot with Toki and ask it to pull out the dates and details. Check the time and place before adding the plan to your calendar. Try: "Add the appointment in this screenshot to my calendar." A TO-DO LIST FOR YOUR ACTUAL LIFE Work tasks, errands, groceries and personal projects belong in the same day. Capture a task while it is on your mind, make a list, and ask Toki to help organize the next steps. A clearer list gives you somewhere to start. Try: "Make a packing list for my weekend trip." KEEP THE THOUGHT BEFORE IT DISAPPEARS Save ideas, meeting notes and everyday details. Keep a note for later, or ask Toki to turn it into tasks and reminders when you are ready to act. Try: "Save this as a note." YOUR CALENDARS, TOGETHER Bring Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar into one view. See work appointments alongside personal commitments, then ask Toki to help plan your day. Change an appointment or adjust a time using your own words. Try: "What does tomorrow look like?" REMINDERS THAT BRING YOU BACK Set one-time or recurring reminders for appointments, bills, birthdays and things you keep meaning to do. For an important commitment, choose a Call Me reminder when you want a nudge beyond an ordinary notification. Try: "Remind me to pay the bill on Friday." START SMALL. MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS. You do not need to organize your whole life before getting help. Start with the appointment, task or thought in front of you. Toki brings your calendar, notes, to-do lists and reminders together so there is less to piece together yourself. Download Toki and get started for free. Some features and usage require a paid plan. **You live your life. Presteza takes care of the schedule.** Your calendar isn’t the problem. Administering it is. Booking, remembering, checking whether there’s time, remembering the document you need to bring, chasing the person who said they’d reply. It’s work that shows up nowhere and eats the whole day. **Say what’s happening** “Appointment with Dr. Lima Thursday at 11:30 on Paulista.” Done. No form, no category to pick, no fields. Presteza understands the sentence and shows you what it understood — before saving, so you can correct it. It works typed, spoken, or shared from another app: a message, a photo, a PDF. **Find what’s already scheduled elsewhere** The Find events agent looks in the sources you allow: birthdays from Contacts and Calendar, events that repeat every year, special occasions — and the chats, photos and files you hand over. Each suggestion shows where it came from and tells you if it’s already in your schedule. Nothing is saved without your tap. For a birthday, choose how far ahead — on the day, or 1, 3 or 7 days before — and get the reminder every year. WhatsApp doesn’t let other apps read your chats: you export the chat from WhatsApp and choose Presteza. Only the text is read, on your device, and it isn’t kept. **Know what matters now** My Day doesn’t list everything you have. It names the few things that deserve your attention — and stays quiet when there are none. A calm day is a legitimate answer, not an empty screen to fill. **When to leave, when that can be worked out** With an address, Presteza works out the journey and tells you when to go. When it can’t work it out, it says so, instead of guessing. **What you need to bring** If the clinic’s message said “bring the lab request”, Presteza reminds you on the day. It doesn’t invent preparations: it repeats what was written, and shows you where it came from. **What you’re waiting on** “Marina said she’d send the quote.” It’s on record, and it comes back when the date passes. Without chasing anyone for you, and without an opinion about who runs late. **Alongside the iPhone Calendar** Presteza reads the calendars you choose. Your events stay the Calendar’s; it only knows about them so it won’t offer you a time you’ve already given away. **Across the iPhone** Home Screen widget, a Live Activity as the appointment approaches, Shortcuts and Siri, and sharing from any app. **Private by architecture** No account. No sign-up. No Presteza server. Your appointments stay on your iPhone. What you write, say or photograph is interpreted on the device. Contacts, when you allow them, are read on the device — names and dates only. Routing and weather use Apple services when you ask for them. That is the only thing that leaves the device, and only when you ask. **No subscription** Seven days with everything unlocked. After that, one permanent purchase. When the trial ends, **nothing is deleted**. Your schedule stays whole and visible; what then requires the purchase is creating and editing. **In six languages** Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, French and Italian — and Presteza understands sentences in all six, not just a translated interface.
