Streak Counter makes habit tracking effortless. Your streak updates automatically, so you don't have to manually check off tasks every day (though it's still fun to peek at your progress now and then). Streak Counter works for both "I will" and "I won't" goals. You can track the habits you want to reinforce – like learning a language or having a minimum number of workouts per week – or you can track the absence of habits you want to avoid – like smoking or drinking. Your streaks are backed up securely in your iCloud and synced across devices. In short (and by short, I mean a rather extensive list), Streak Counter helps you track your streak, whether you want to do bodyweight exercises, quit nicotine, do breathing exercises and breathwork, practice photography, do mindfulness meditation, maintain sobriety, work out, practice drawing, stick to a New Year's resolution, do yoga, follow the "Don't break the chain" method, track daily running distance, write in a journal, quit drinking, build muscle, practice guitar, do daily stretching, track calories, learn a new language, quit social media, do intermittent fasting, follow a skincare routine, stick to a clean eating plan, practice piano, do a least amount of steps per day, study with the pomodoro technique, develop a reading habit or do daily affirmations.
