knowsugar is a simple added sugar tracker designed to help you understand your daily sugar intake, search common foods using a built-in added sugar database, stay within a daily limit, and build better long-term habits. Most nutrition apps track everything — calories, macros, carbs, fat, protein, and more. knowsugar focuses on one powerful number: added sugar. With a clean daily dashboard, knowsugar helps you see how much added sugar you consumed today, your recommended daily limit, and whether you are over or under that limit. Whether you are trying to reduce added sugar, support a healthier lifestyle, manage family habits, use GLP-1-friendly tracking, or simply become more aware of what is in your food and drinks, knowsugar gives you a simple way to track, learn, and improve. Key Features Built-In Added Sugar Search Search common foods, drinks, snacks, and portions using knowsugar’s built-in added sugar database. Instead of relying on broad calorie databases, knowsugar focuses specifically on added sugar so logging stays simple, fast, and relevant. Track Added Sugar Log foods, drinks, snacks, desserts, and other items by entering or selecting the added sugar amount in grams or ounces. Daily Limit Dashboard See your daily added sugar progress with a simple visual ring showing Today, Limit, and Excess. GLP-1-Friendly Mode For users on GLP-1 medications, knowsugar includes a dedicated tracking mode with daily added sugar guidance and meal-based pacing to support more mindful intake. Meal Pacing Track added sugar by meal and see how each entry fits within your daily and per-meal limit. Burn It Off Understand the activity impact of added sugar by seeing an estimated amount of movement needed to burn off excess sugar. 7-Day and 30-Day Trends View weekly and monthly patterns so you can understand your sugar habits over time instead of focusing only on one day. Home vs. Outside Tracking Tag entries as consumed at home or outside to better understand where most of your added sugar is coming from. Sugar Habit Insights Review patterns, identify frequent sources of added sugar, and learn where small changes may make the biggest difference. CSV Export Export your log data for personal review, coaching, or future health discussions. Simple, Focused Design knowsugar is built to be easy to use, fast to log, and focused on awareness — not overwhelming calorie counting. Why knowsugar? Added sugar can hide in everyday foods and drinks, from coffee and sauces to snacks, desserts, and packaged meals. knowsugar helps make that invisible number visible. The goal is not perfection. The goal is awareness. By tracking added sugar consistently, even for a few weeks, you can begin to see patterns: which foods contribute the most, when sugar intake is highest, and whether most sugar comes from home, restaurants, drinks, or snacks. knowsugar is designed for people who want a simple, practical way to reduce added sugar and make more informed choices. Important Note knowsugar is for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical advice. If you have diabetes, prediabetes, use GLP-1 medication, or have any health condition, please consult your healthcare provider for guidance specific to you.
