Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EA Connect at 4.9 against Turtle Beach Audio Hub's 4.5. EA Connect also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Turtle Beach Audio Hub's advantage is ratings volume (12K vs 133) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
EA Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Turtle Beach Audio Hub has 12K ratings behind it against 133, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Turtle Beach Audio Hub's written reviews are positive against 21% of EA Connect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Turtle Beach Audio Hub ships an update every 5 weeks, EA Connect fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
