Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cisco Spaces at 100% against CellMapper's 6%. Cisco Spaces also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 3). CellMapper's advantage is ratings volume (682 vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
