Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: metadraw at 100% against IcyBox's 53%. metadraw also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). IcyBox's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (7.9K vs 33). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
