You know what you need to do — but you can't start. This app gets you moving in under a minute. Line up your routine, set the order, and hit play. Before you can overthink it, you've already begun. ■ Why it actually works ■ 1. Only "do this now" appears on screen Open the app and see just one thing — the task right in front of you. No choosing, no deciding. That's why your hands start moving. 2. The play button kills the chance to overthink Press play. The timer starts. Steps advance automatically. The reason you couldn't start? You were thinking too much. 3. One minute changes everything Once the first minute is running, momentum takes over. You don't even have to finish — starting is the win. Your start rate is the metric that changes your life. 4. Brain dump your day and it becomes a schedule Type everything you need and want to do, stream-of-consciousness style. AI assigns times and durations, arranging it all into an actionable order. It even suggests what to tackle first — so you don't have to think. 5. The same flow every day means zero willpower needed Set what you do each morning and night, lock in the order. Just press play on the same routine every day. Zero decisions. SNS。
