STRYDE Strength & Conditioning
Read full descriptionHide full description
STRYDE builds your strength and conditioning program around you, and adapts it to how you feel, day after day. Every morning, you answer four quick questions about your readiness. STRYDE calculates your score and adjusts your session accordingly: load goes up when you're ready, it eases off when your body needs to recover. No more following a fixed plan written three months ago: you follow a plan that responds to you. A calibration week measures your real levels on the key movements. From there, every load is built on you. The more sessions you log, the sharper the engine gets. STRYDE adapts to your sport and your reality: how many days you can train, your equipment, your level, your deadlines. Combat sports, collision sports, hyrox, general prep: the engine builds the right program for each athlete. If you choose, STRYDE reads your sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and workouts from Apple Health to adapt your training and show you how it evolves. Nothing is written to Health, and you can remove access at any time. What you get: • A program that adjusts to your daily readiness • Loads calculated from your real maxes, not generic percentages • Adaptation to your sport, equipment and number of sessions • Clear tracking of your progress and training load • Visible logic: you see why STRYDE programs what it programs Terms of Use: https://app-stryde.com/conditions-generales-dutilisation/ Privacy Policy: https://app-stryde.com/politique-de-confidentialite/
