Frez (formerly ClimbHarder): Train Without Moving. Improve With Data. Frez helps you train smarter with isometric workouts. Whether you’re a climber, athlete, Frez gives you real-time feedback and structured routines based on your performance. Real-time Force Tracking • Visualize your force output live through Bluetooth-connected crane scales. Know exactly how hard you’re pulling — and how long you can hold it. Peak & Endurance Tests • Measure your Maximum Voluntary Contraction (MVC) or hold a force over time. Frez records every detail, so you can track your gains and compare sessions. Custom Routines • Build and follow your own isometric training routines — with full control over reps, sets, rest time, and target force. Offline Mode • No signal in the gym? No problem. Frez works even when you’re offline. Frez supports your strength journey — one pull at a time. = Frez service access permissions Frez uses minimal device permissions, and we'll explain why. = [Optional] Bluetooth permissions We need Bluetooth permissions to connect with force measurement devices.
