Whether you’re a climber, athlete, Frez gives you real-time feedback and structured routines based on your performance. Real-time Force Tracking • Visualize your force output live through Bluetooth-connected crane scales. Know exactly how hard you’re pulling — and how long you can hold it. Peak & Endurance Tests • Measure your Maximum Voluntary Contraction (MVC) or hold a force over time. Frez records every detail, so you can track your gains and compare sessions. Custom Routines • Build and follow your own isometric training routines — with full control over reps, sets, rest time, and target force. Offline Mode • No signal in the gym? No problem. Frez works even when you’re offline. Frez supports your strength journey — one pull at a time. = Frez service access permissions Frez uses minimal device permissions, and we'll explain why. = [Optional] Bluetooth permissions We need Bluetooth permissions to connect with force measurement devices. Boulder Rest
Read full descriptionHide full description
Boulder Rest helps you rest between attempts when you board climb. When you're working a hard boulder — on a board, a spray wall, or your gym's hardest line — the rest between attempts is part of the training. Boulder Rest makes it effortless to rest at least as long as you planned, then reset with a single tap and get back on the wall. REST IN ONE TAP • Start a session, then tap Short or Long after each attempt — the timer counts up, so you always know you've rested enough. • Elapsed time and your target at a glance, with a ring that fills as you recover. CONTROL IT WITHOUT LEAVING YOUR BOARD APP • A Live Activity puts your rest time visible while using other board climbing apps. • Reset to a Short or Long rest right from there — no app-switching mid-session. KNOW YOUR SESSIONS • Every session is saved with your rest count, total rest time, and target. • Tap a session to see each rest — requested vs. actually achieved — plus a chart of your rests over time, so you can tell whether you're really resting enough. MAKE IT YOURS • Set your own Short and Long rest durations. • Optional notification when your rest is up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-in, no tracking. Everything stays on your device and syncs only between your iPhone and (optionally) your Apple Watch. Rest smart, send harder & get strong!
