Restly tracks your sleep debt automatically using data straight from Apple Health, then gives you one clear, specific fix each day to help you catch up. No overwhelming charts, no complicated programs, just your current sleep debt, a simple daily action, and a streak to keep you motivated. Log sleep manually or let Restly sync automatically, view your sleep history on a simple calendar, and earn badges as you build better habits. If you're tired of generic sleep advice and want something that actually adapts to your own patterns, Restly gives you the one thing that matters most each day, a clear next step.
