Welcome to Ave Maria! We talk about our community and frequently get “Oh, come on!” as a response. It’s OK, we’re used to it. There is a kind of unbelievable aspect to the place. It has the small town charm and values that can be hard to find today. It also has a list about as long as your arm of resort-style amenities, along with shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Not to mention new homes starting in the high $200s from four premier builders.
