Stretching before martial arts training is extremely important. Flexible muscles and joints allow practitioners to kick higher, punch farther, and perform complex techniques more fluidly. All martial arts techniques require precision, strength, and a range of motion, which come with a flexible body. To improve flexibility, you need to stretch more often than you would in a martial arts class. You need to stretch every day. The app contains workout plans for beginners and advanced. Features: • 30-day challenge of your choice (Beginner, Advanced, Experienced) • Animation for each exercise • Voice feedback • Detailed history • Integration with Apple Health You can create your custom workout with any exercises you want. Small choices. More freedom. Pouchlight helps you keep an honest picture of your nicotine pouch use and make a personal plan for cutting back. Start with 13 short, interactive setup steps, choose a daily goal, and make your next check-in a little easier. EVERYDAY TRACKING STAYS FREE • Log a pouch in one tap, or add a time, strength, trigger, and note. • Add past entries and edit or delete your history. • Set your own daily pouch ceiling and change it as you go. • See your last seven days and estimate spending avoided compared with your starting pace. • Build goal and pouch-free streaks from completed days you confirm are fully logged. • Celebrate milestone badges and share a badge image without sharing your history. • Log from Home Screen widgets, Apple Watch, or a shortcut. • Take a one-minute pause and return to a helpful activity you chose. • Export your history as CSV or erase your tracking data. A LITTLE CLOSER WHEN YOU NEED IT Your Apple Watch can save logs while your phone is away and sync them when the devices reconnect. Widgets use the same local history as the iPhone app. Optional evening reminders help you remember to review your day. YOUR JOURNEY IS PERSONAL No Pouchlight account or email is needed to begin. Pouch logs, notes, and your personal plan stay on your devices. Purchase information is handled by Apple and RevenueCat to provide subscription access and purchase reporting. There are no ads or behavioral analytics SDKs. OPTIONAL POUCHLIGHT PLUS Explore 30-day charts, your most logged triggers and times of day, weekly comparisons, and additional summaries of your confirmed progress. Pouchlight Plus is $3.99 USD per month in the US App Store. Prices in other regions are shown in your local App Store currency before purchase. One auto-renewing monthly plan; no free trial. Basic tracking stays free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases from the Plus screen or the You tab. Erasing app data does not cancel a subscription. Pouchlight is a self-tracking and planning tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or promise health outcomes. Goals are chosen by you. Savings are estimates based on elapsed time, your starting pace, and recorded use; missing logs can overstate them. Entered pouch strength is not a measure of nicotine absorbed.
