This free app will allow the user to interact with VINPODs web systems which carry work from the Loadboard platform - only if the user works for a company which employs those systems. NOTE: This app does not request or accept any payments. This app is not usedto appy for upgrades to services and has no paid content whatsover. This app is an operational tool for inspecting/collecting/ delivering vehicles which are hosted on the VINPODs and Loadboard systems. To utilize this app, the companies involved will have needed to sign up to HNF Consultancy who will setup their systems beforehand. You can email support@hnfconsultancy.com with your details and we can setup login details for you. Once done:- If you have a Company Code, Company Access Code, User Name and PIN Number from HNF Consultancy LTD you can now receive and send all your car delivery jobs using the VINPODs App. Quickly and easily send and receive job information details and photos live. Record details of Jobs, Repairs, Electronic customer signatures securely without the need for pen & paper. Also features full web backend facility to view live status of all jobs and histories including proof of delivery PDF. This app requires either a 3G/4G/5G network connection or to be connected via WIFI to send and receive your job data from our servers in real time. Vehicle collections and deliveries will be tracked in real time. No commercial data is recorded or tracked. This is entirely operational tool and locations are tracked only to monitor the delivery of vehicles.
