SEQUENTIAL MEMORY — Pattern Memory, modeled on the Corsi block-tapping task. ASSOCIATIVE MEMORY — Memory Palace, a CANTAB Paired Associate Learning protocol. LONG-TERM RETENTION — Active Recall, the testing effect from Roediger and Karpicke 2006. Includes a 24-hour retention retest because the testing effect lives in the delay. A few minutes a day.
