Start without creating an account. A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY Choose 12:12, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or a 24-hour fast, or set your own duration. Adjust the start time if you forgot to start the timer. Finish whenever you need to; reaching your target does not automatically end your fast. YOUR PROGRESS AT A GLANCE See elapsed time, time remaining and your planned finish time. Set an optional completion reminder. Follow your fast with Home Screen widgets, Live Activities and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones. APPLE WATCH AND SIRI Start and finish a fast from your Apple Watch. Your session syncs with your paired iPhone when connectivity is available. Tap the watch dial to open its controls. Use Siri and Shortcuts to manage your fast, ask about time and history, or change the timer display. You can also choose your next plan through a shortcut while your current fast continues. Siri availability depends on language, device and system settings. A HISTORY THAT MAKES SENSE Review completed fasts, average duration, your longest fast and weekly or monthly patterns. Open a day to see its sessions and timeline. Use the roomier iPad layout in portrait or landscape. LEARN AS YOU GO Explore illustrated fasting-stage guides with source links. The stages are general estimates based on elapsed time, not measurements of your metabolism or guarantees of a health result. PRIVATE AND PERSONAL Your fasting records are stored locally on your devices. The app does not collect or sell your fasting data. Paired iPhone–Watch syncing and optional Siri features use Apple system services; details are in the privacy policy. Choose light or dark appearance and your preferred accent color. Available in English, Turkish, German and Spanish. Simple Fasting App is a personal tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. Choose your plan and start when you are ready.
