Everything stays on device. ■ Score by one yardstick · Rate light, water pressure, mold, noise, storage, fees, transit and more from 1–5 · Weight the criteria that matter; skipped ones are excluded for a fair 0–100 score · Instant color read: green / amber / red ■ Location, automatic · GPS drops a pin when you add a home — nudge it by hand to fix · Walking distance & time to the nearest station, calculated for you (free) ■ See it all on the map · Every property as a color-coded pin · slide up the list sheet · Compare candidates neighborhood by neighborhood ■ Decide & share · Side-by-side comparison table (green/amber/red) · Attach photos and notes ■ Private & on-device · We collect no data. Your location is stored only on your device, never sent to a server. Free covers up to 3 properties, all 8 scoring criteria, map, walk distance and compare.
