With Ninety Days, you can build positive new habits and leave bad routines behind. Track your habits for 30, 60, and 90 days — and beyond. Milestones guide you along the way. Use workouts and activities from Apple Health to automatically track supported habits. Once your defined minimum target is reached, the habit is logged automatically. Detailed progress insights such as the Baseline Model help you stay consistent. ------------------- What Ninety Days offers • Flexible habit tracking Track your habits quickly and easily — in a way that fits your personal routine. • Track quantities and baselines Set a personal baseline (minimum target) for quantity-based habits and track the amount you actually achieve each day. • Auto Log with Apple Health Let Apple Health automatically track supported habits — without having to log them manually every day. Currently supported are selected workout types as well as steps and flights climbed from Apple Health. Once the defined minimum target (baseline) is reached, the habit is logged automatically. • Track your progress over time Follow your quantities, streaks, and routines and see how your habits develop over time. • 30-, 60- & 90-day challenges Take on built-in challenges and guide your habits through multiple challenge levels. • Statistics & Insights Keep an eye on your current progress and get detailed insights into your habits and streaks. • Baseline Model Compare the quantities you actually achieve over time with your personal baseline and identify long-term trends. • Badges & Achievements Earn awards for consistent routines and successfully completed challenges. ------------------- Habits are not built through repetition alone. What matters is making them realistic and measurable, tracking them consistently, and making their progress visible over time. Ninety Days combines habit tracking with quantity tracking, personal baselines, challenges, and long-term analysis. This lets you not only record whether you completed a habit, but also understand how consistently you follow it and how it develops over time. ------------------- Free Version: • Log up to 3 habits per day • Track quantity-based habits • Start 1 challenge at a time (Level 1 · 30 days) • Access the statistics dashboard • Daily overview of your logging behavior • Earn achievements • Full access to all settings ------------------- Premium: • Create and log unlimited habits • Baseline Model for quantity-based habits • Auto Log with Apple Health for supported workouts and activities • Start multiple challenges at the same time • All Statistics and Insights • Advanced streak analysis ------------------- You can switch between Premium and the Free Version at any time.
