Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Pebble Core at 4.5 against AAWireless's 3.3. Pebble Core also leads on ratings volume (72 vs 4). AAWireless's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Pebble Core holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pebble Core has 72 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of AAWireless's written reviews are positive against 70% of Pebble Core's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
AAWireless ships an update fortnightly, Pebble Core every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
