LIGHT THAT FOLLOWS YOUR BODY'S CLOCK OIO lights change through the day on their own, following your body's natural rhythm. Tell the app when you wake up and go to sleep, and OIO builds a circadian lighting schedule to help you fall asleep faster, wake up more refreshed, and maintain energy throughout the day. BLUE, ENERGIZING LIGHT BY DAY Daytime light is enriched with blue, the way sunlight is, to strengthen your internal clock and keep you alert and focused. ZERO BLUE TO PRODUCE BIOLOGICAL NIGHTTIME In the evening, OIO removes the blue light entirely. Your lights stay warm and bright enough to live by, while your body gets the signal that it's time to wind down. A DEEP RED LIGHT FOR WHEN YOU'RE UP AT NIGHT At night, a gentle, deep-red light lets you find your way without switching on bright, blue-rich light. SEE THE BLUE LIGHT YOUR EYES CAN'T Your eyes can't tell blue-free light from ordinary warm light, but your body can. The OIO Loop, included in every box, shows you the difference, and the Learn tab charts the spectrum of light you receive in each phase. It's a visual guide to the type of light spectrum that supports your health. SET YOUR DAY, EVENING AND NIGHT Choose when each phase begins and how gradually the light changes, for the whole home or room by room. OIO can turn the lights on for you when a phase begins. EVERY LIGHT IN A ROOM, IN ONE PLACE Adjust a whole room at once, or fine-tune brightness and color light by light. Create scenes for the moments you repeat, like wake up, focus, movie night or bedtime, and run them with a tap or on a schedule with a gentle ease-in. MADE FOR EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE See and control every room from one screen. Invite the people you live with, and add your OIO lights to the smart-home app you already use. Setup takes a few taps: the app finds a new light nearby, or scan the code on the light. No hub required. TRY IT FIRST Not set up yet? Open Demo Mode from the sign-in screen and explore a sample home, no account or lights needed. OIO lights are required to control lighting.
