Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: TezBlock at 16 against Pokus's 1. TezBlock also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.1). Pokus's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
