Unlike generic habit apps, Askesa is built around a more philosophical framing: one vow pairs with one aim, progress is recorded honestly, success has a cost, discipline is the practice of keeping your word to yourself. PRIVACY FIRST / OFFLINE BY DESIGN • The app does not make network requests. Your intentions, notes, and progress stay on your device. CREATE A VOW (FLOW) • Choose what you will renounce or what you will install into your life. • Name the dream or goal your Vow Practice supports. • Choose a duration - longer practice can help you redirect the energy freed by restraint toward what matters. • Read the final vow text and begin.
