About

Raglan Planner

Raglan Planner helps you plan a top-down raglan sweater from your own measurements and gauge—not a pattern catalog. Enter your swatch, body measurements, fit preference, and neckline choice. The app calculates stitch counts, increase rows, and raglan shaping, then walks you through each stage with clear steps and knitting charts. WHAT THIS APP IS FOR • Top-down raglan sweaters sized to you • Accurate stitch and row counts from your gauge • Fit options: fitted, semi-fitted, loose, or oversized • Structured steps: collar/ribbing, raglan increases, back lengthening, sleeve separation, body • Visual charts for collar, back, front, and sleeves • Round neck and V-neck options • Multiple projects—save progress and your stopping row, then continue later • Metric (cm) or imperial (in), with many interface languages WHAT IT IS NOT • Not a library of finished patterns from designers • Not a substitute for learning basic knit and purl—you should already be comfortable knitting in the round or flat WHO IT’S FOR • Knitters who love (or want to try) top-down raglan and want the math done for them • Anyone tired of decoding multi-size pattern columns on paper or PDFs Save your measurements, follow the steps at the needles, and focus on knitting—not arithmetic. Plan. Knit. Wear. Questions or feedback? Contact us through the support link on this page.

RowKeeper turns your PDF knitting charts into something you can actually work from — tap each row as you knit it, and the app remembers exactly where you stopped. TRACK YOUR ROWS Open a chart and let RowKeeper find the rows for you. Tap a row to check it off, and your progress is saved automatically. Come back tomorrow, next week, or after a phone upgrade — you'll still be on row 47. REPEAT SECTIONS Most patterns repeat. Tap the first and last row of a repeat to mark it, and those rows stay highlighted in a colour you choose. When you finish a round, one tap sends you back to the start and counts the repeat for you. WHICH WAY AM I GOING? For flat knitting, RowKeeper shows whether the next row runs right-to-left or left-to-right, alternating as you go. No more counting back to figure out which side you're on. COUNTERS THAT KEEP UP Add as many counters as a pattern needs — rows, repeats, decreases. Link them so one advances the others. Put the counter you care about on your home or lock screen and tap it without opening the app. MARK UP YOUR CHART Drop markers on rows and columns, draw directly on the pattern, and leave sticky notes where you need a reminder. Everything stays pinned to the right spot when you zoom or rotate. BRING PATTERNS IN Add a PDF, pick an image from your gallery, or photograph a paper chart with the camera. Sort patterns into folders, favourite the ones you're working on, and search by name. THE REST OF YOUR KNITTING • Yarn stash with photos, weight, gauge and needle notes • Gauge calculator that converts a pattern's stitch counts to your own tension • Time tracking, row speed, and a heatmap of your knitting year • Hide pages you don't need and bookmark the ones you do YOUR WORK IS YOURS Everything lives on your device. Back up whenever you like and restore the whole thing — patterns, markers, counters, notes and all — on a new phone. Available in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
