Mix rain, a fan, ocean waves and white noise into the sound you sleep or work to. Set each sound's volume, save the mix as a preset, and play it on your iPhone, iPad or in CarPlay. • 24 sounds built in Rain, distant thunder, wind, ocean waves and a bubbling stream. Birds, a pine forest and crickets on a summer night. A train, a sailboat, an airplane cabin and a busy street. A coffee shop, a crackling fireplace, a fan and a dryer in the laundry room. Warm piano, gentle guitar, lo-fi beats and an ambient synth. And the noise family: white, pink, green and deep brown. They all live on your device, so nothing streams. • Build your own mix Turn on any sounds you like and drag each slider until the mix feels right. Save it as a preset, give it artwork, and star your favorites. • Sleep timer Pick how long to listen. Blankie fades out and stops on its own, so nothing runs until morning. • Widgets, Siri and Shortcuts Start a favorite from your Home Screen, ask Siri to play a preset, or build Blankie into your own shortcuts. • Lock Screen, Control Center and AirPods Play, pause and step between presets from the Lock Screen, Control Center or your AirPods. • CarPlay Long drive with a sleeping kid in the back? Your presets and sounds come along, in a simple view made for the car. • Support for iPhone Duo Open it and Now Playing fills one page while your sounds fill the other. Stand it half open on your nightstand and the upright half shows what's playing, with your sounds in reach on the flat half. • Bring your own sounds Bring the fan you can't sleep without, a favorite rain recording, or anything else as MP3, WAV, FLAC and more. Blankie levels each import to match the built-in sounds, so a new sound never blasts over your mix. • Free, private, open source Actually free: no ads, no subscriptions, no accounts, no tracking. Blankie works offline, collects no data, and the code is open source on GitHub.

ATHA means now. ATHA is a small, quiet space you can return to throughout the day. Open it, breathe for a few minutes, and come back to the present. GUIDED BREATHING Follow a calm, moving visual through every inhale, hold, and exhale. Classic practices are ready to start in one tap, or build your own rhythm with your own timings. BREATHING YOU CAN FEEL Gentle haptics and soft, synthesized completion tones keep you with your breath, even with your eyes closed or your phone face down. VISUALS THAT BREATHE WITH YOU Choose from living breathing visuals — orb, aurora, liquid, flower, ripple, wave, glow — each one drawn in real time and coloured by your chosen theme. YOUR PRACTICE, REMEMBERED Every session is saved on your device. See your streak, your calendar, your rhythm over time, and which practices seem to suit you best. A GARDEN THAT GROWS Your practice quietly grows a garden. No scores, no pressure — just a gentle picture of showing up. WHEREVER YOU ARE Start a session from your Apple Watch, a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, a Live Activity, or by asking Siri. MADE TO BE CALM Light, dark, and system appearance. Full VoiceOver support, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion support that simplifies decoration while keeping your breathing guidance intact. ENGLISH AND TURKISH Change the app language any time in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your sessions stay on your device. Mindful minutes and reflections are written to Apple Health only if you turn that on, and you can turn it off at any time. ATHA is a wellness app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable, stop and breathe normally. Talk to a healthcare professional about any medical concern. Breathe now.
