Train by Science. Perform with Strategy. Warrior Lab brings your training, movement analysis, nutrition and wearable data together, with clear guidance on what to work on next. Whether you're preparing for your first HYROX, aiming for a new personal best or building your fitness, you can see where you are, what's improving and what needs more attention. ••• Test. Analyze. Train. Retest. Start with baseline tests to understand your strengths and where you have room to improve. The app will match you to a HYROX Performance Coach created training plan that is suited to your goals, experience and equipment, then follow your sessions and log how they went. Warrior Lab tells you when it's time to retest and suggests training adjustments based on your results and feedback, so your next steps reflect the progress you're making. ••• See where your technique needs work. Biometric Movement Analysis gives you detailed feedback on your movement videos, with visual explanations, practical coaching cues and exercises to work on. See where your technique could improve and compare your assessments over time. ••• Understand how you're progressing toward your race. See how your running and each station are progressing, where you're strong and what needs more work. Follow your race readiness over time, keep your target in view and plan your pacing. Explore a potential new personal best with the PB Predictor, using your race history and available performance data. ••• Plan your Doubles race together. Connect with your partner, compare strengths and plan how to share the work at each station. Build a race strategy together while keeping track of your own training and progress. ••• See everything you need at a glance. Choose, resize and arrange dashboard widgets for training load, strength progress, activity, recovery, nutrition and more. Tap into the details whenever you want a closer look. Bring in heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, VO2 max, sleep and any other data shared by your compatible wearables through Apple Health. Connect Garmin to import recorded workouts, and log your training on your phone or Apple Watch. See your wearable data alongside your training, food and daily feedback for a more complete picture of your progress. ••• Log your food, any way you like. Use one-tap photo logging, scan a barcode or food label, search or describe what you ate. Track calories, protein, carbs and fat, with food and portion estimates you can adjust. Create recipes, save meals to log again, track water and follow your nutrition targets. Look back over your food logs and trends to see how you're fueling your training. ••• Keep track of what matters to you. Choose the progress metrics you want to record, add your own and follow the changes over time. Keep body measurements and progress photos together. Set up habits with goals and schedules that suit you, log them in a couple of taps and see how consistently you're following through. From strength and race times to sleep and everyday routines, you can keep it all in one place. Download free, with optional Pro subscriptions for full training plans and advanced analysis, race and nutrition tools. Personal 1-on-1 coaching is available separately.
