ADDITIONAL INFORMATION At our core, we are fans first – not just of video games, but of the Backyard Sports franchise. Fans have asked for accessible and legal ways to play their original Backyard titles for years, and we are excited to deliver. Without having access to the source code, there are hard limitations on the experience we can create. As an example, we can’t use the original 32bit code to support modern macOS, as even with an incredibly clever wrapper, macOS can’t execute the binaries. Backyard Baseball ‘01 runs well, looks better than ever, includes new bonus features to test your mettle, and creates a new installation for digital preservation within the Backyard Sports catalog that allows the next generation of fans to fall in love with the game.

Build it. Share it. Sink it in one. Kevin's Mini Golf is a pick-up-and-play putting game where you design your own holes and take them online against your friends — plus hundreds of hand-crafted holes, tricky hazards, over 200 balls and over 160 putters to unlock. Slingshot controls make every shot feel just right: drag back from your ball, line up the dotted bounce guide, and release. Your putter draws back as you pull and swings through the ball. Firm putts on line drop in, but clip the edge too fast and you'll lip out. Easy to learn, tough to ace. BUILD YOUR OWN HOLES A full-screen hole builder made for your fingers. Start from a blank green or one of 10 starter holes, like Classic Windmill, Island Green and Lava Run. Tap Build, pick a piece, tap the green, then drag it, size it and turn it in 15° steps. Drag the map around just like in play. Walls, bumpers, sand, water, ice, mud and lava. Windmills, curved walls, bouncy walls and dead walls. One-way gates, switches that open doors, breakable blocks, magnets, conveyors and turntables that spin you around and fling you off. Cannons, portals with up to six ends, pipes, ramps, boosters, wind, funnels and decoy cups. Spinners and sliders at the speed you choose, plus pieces that pulse and roam in lines, diagonals, squares and circles. Signs, arrows, and props you can flip to face either way. Pick from 21 shapes and 8 sizes, or draw your own outline. Lay a conveyor or turntable over water, lava or sand to make bridges and shortcuts. Save setups as stamps, then turn, flip and resize them, and copy and paste pieces between holes. MAKE IT YOURS Paint the green, the grass, the border, the walls and the bumpers from 100 colors, from classic and pastel to neon and dark. Give walls, doors, blocks, bumpers, signs and props their own color, or disguise a bouncy wall as a plain one. Neon glows, and anything too close to the green's color gets an outline. Give a hole its own weather: light, normal or heavy rain and snow, a deep freeze that turns ponds to ice, and wind from a gentle breeze to a strong gust. Or brave a storm. Hit Play to try it, and Test to check it can be finished. Put your holes into named courses, each with its own best score, and share a hole or a whole course with a code. ONLINE MULTIPLAYER Play friends anywhere, at your own pace. Rounds are turn-based, so nobody has to be online at the same time — putt, put your phone away, and get a notification when it's your turn. Waiting too long? Send a nudge. Take your own holes and courses online: they travel with the match, so your friend doesn't need them. Or play 1, 9 or 18 holes from hand-made holes, a surprise course, or exactly the holes you pick. Invite a Game Center friend or tap Quick match. Play with 2, 3 or 4. Show off your ball, putter, trail, topper, effect, flair and hole-in-one moment — your opponents see them all. Send an emote with your shot and it pops up while they watch it. Run as many matches at once as you like. Watch every putt your opponents took since your last turn, see the scorecard of any finished match, then hit Rematch. Every hole pays coins, and winning pays more the longer the match. 18 SIGNATURE HOLES A full course of hand-designed holes, plus hundreds more across a dozen themed courses. HAZARDS & GADGETS Water and lava cost a stroke, sand slows you down, ice sends you sliding and mud bogs you down, while cannons, portals, pipes and windmills turn every hole into a puzzle. ACHIEVEMENTS Hundreds to unlock, at home, online and in the builder, with progress bars that show how close you are. The online win ladder climbs all the way to one million. COINS & THE SHOP Earn coins for every hole you finish. Spend them on balls, putters, trails, toppers, aim lines, cups, cup sounds, celebrations, emotes and scorecard themes, or grab a bundle and save. Five putters are free to start, and you can change your look any time from the pause menu. No purchases, ever: coins are earned by playing.
