Log your drinks. See your patterns. Make room for more alcohol-free days. Soberkind is a private alcohol tracker for anyone cutting back, taking a break or keeping track of their drinking. Start with one daily check-in and see your month on a colorful calendar. YOUR FREE DAILY JOURNAL • Log drinks or mark an alcohol-free day. • Add private notes and edit past entries. • Record an unknown amount when you cannot remember the total. • View monthly statistics, completed-day streaks and rewards. • Try local Leagues with computer-generated opponents and a fresh daily lineup. • Set an optional reminder and add a Home Screen widget. YOUR DIARY, ON YOUR IPHONE No account is required. Your journal is stored locally, without automatic cloud sync. Save a JSON backup, restore it later or export a CSV spreadsheet. Optional Apple Health integration writes known drink totals with your permission; sharing earlier entries requires a separate confirmation. Sign in with Apple is optional. It connects only on this device and does not sync your journal or unlock Plus. You can disconnect it in Profile. GO FURTHER WITH SOBERKIND PLUS Unlock weekly reviews, week comparisons, a year overview and extra recap themes. Choose a weekly or yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. The daily journal remains free. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account subscription settings before renewal. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Yearly is billed in full for the year. Lifetime does not renew or cancel an existing subscription. Manage subscriptions and restore eligible purchases in Profile → Subscription & purchases. Save a JSON backup before deleting the app or changing phones. Restoring purchases restores Plus access, not deleted diary entries. For adults 18+. Soberkind is a personal journal, not medical advice, addiction treatment or an emergency service. It does not establish safe drinking limits or promise a health outcome.
