CheckLoop turns everything that repeats into reusable checklists you can run again and again — morning routines, onboarding steps, packing lists, maintenance checks, and editorial workflows. Build a template once, then reuse it any time. Organize your life and work with a clear hierarchy of Spaces, folders, lists, and elements. Group projects, departments, or life areas into spaces, structure them with folders, and break work down into items you check off, notes, and reminders so nothing is forgotten. Need a checklist fast? Let AI create a ready-to-use list or template from a short prompt, then fine-tune it your way. Invite family, friends, or your team into a shared space and manage tasks together. Everyone sees the same lists and progress, synced in real time across all devices. CheckLoop is fast and reliable, even on the go. Your data is stored locally on your device and synced through a modern cloud backend when you're online — so you can keep checking off tasks even with a weak connection. KEY FEATURES - Reusable checklists & templates: turn recurring processes into templates you reuse any time. - AI list creation: generate lists and templates from a simple prompt. - Powerful elements: checks, text, headlines, yes/no, dropdowns, input fields, images, conditional (if/else) logic you can nest into full decision trees, and more. - Nested templates: embed one template inside another for complex, repeatable workflows. - Collaborative spaces: share with family, friends, or teams and work from the same lists. - Share by link: send a checklist to anyone — they open it and check items off, no account needed. - PDF export (Pro): save any list as a clean PDF — with its images, current progress, your notes and a QR code back to the list — to print, file or send. - Real-time sync: changes appear on every device almost instantly. - Reminders & due dates: set due dates and personal reminders so nothing slips — they reach you even offline. - Progress tracking: see completion at a glance with progress bars. - Offline-first: lists are stored on your device and sync when you're back online. - Flexible structure: organize with spaces, folders, lists, elements, and per-list notes. - Cross-platform: works on iOS, Android, and the web. - Dark mode: follows your device, or pick light or dark yourself. - Privacy-minded: a modern, secure backend and protected sign-in. Chore Chart
Read full descriptionHide full description
The chore chart on the fridge worked for about three weeks. Then the stickers ran out, nobody wrote anything down, and by Sunday no one could remember who actually took the bins out. Chore Chart is that chart, on your phone, and it pays out. Kids check off jobs, earn stars, and stars turn into pocket money or rewards you set yourself. It is the printable chore chart without the printing — and unlike a printout, it does the arithmetic. NO ACCOUNT, NO SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED, NO ADS Every other family chore app wants an account and a monthly fee, forever. This one asks for neither. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to log in to, and no monthly bill to remember to cancel. It works on a plane, in a caravan and in a kitchen with no signal. HOW IT WORKS • Add each kid to the board, with their own colour and avatar • Give them chores — pick from a library of 40 real jobs or write your own • A chore is worth 1 to 5 stars, so emptying the dishwasher and mowing the lawn are not worth the same • They tick it off, the stars land, and you can undo it if they got ahead of themselves • Chores can repeat: every day, school nights, weekends, or any days you choose STARS BECOME REAL MONEY Set what one star is worth — a penny, a dime, whatever suits your family — and the allowance ledger keeps a running balance for each kid. When you pay them, one tap settles up and starts the count again, with the payment written into the record. The maths is honest. If you change what a star is worth in June, the chores they did in May keep the value they had in May. Nothing is quietly recalculated behind a child's back. A REWARD STORE THEY CAN ACTUALLY SHOP IN Not every family pays cash. Set your own rewards — movie night, a trip to the park, choosing dinner, staying up half an hour later — put a star price on each, and let them spend what they have earned. They cannot buy what they cannot afford, which turns out to be the whole lesson. THE SUNDAY SETTLE-UP A weekly report shows who did what, how many stars each kid earned, and exactly what you owe — laid out per child, ready to pay out. The week runs Monday to Sunday, so settling up on Sunday evening covers the week that has just finished. PROOF IT IS REALLY DONE Kids can snap a photo when they finish a job. The photo stays on the phone — it is never uploaded anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go. BUILT FOR REAL FAMILIES • Works for a 4-year-old putting toys away and a 14-year-old mowing the lawn • The full history of who did what, kept as long as you want it • Board themes and avatars so it feels like theirs • An optional once-a-day reminder at a time you pick — off unless you turn it on • A backup file you own, so a new phone does not mean starting over PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account, no cloud, no sync and no messaging. Nothing your family does is uploaded, because the app has no server to upload it to. It does not track anyone's location, it does not manage anyone's device, and it cannot see anything outside itself. The kids check off their chores on your phone. For parents who want the fridge chart back — the one that actually stuck. Verdict
CheckLoop and Chore Chart are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. CheckLoop sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Chore Chart sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
