DanceFlow turns dance videos you are allowed to use into focused practice sessions. Choose a routine from your device or add a supported TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram post link. Break it into segments and drill each one until it sticks — then chain them together. You can also save a supported post link for DanceFlow from the iPhone share sheet, then open DanceFlow to import it. PRACTICE THE WAY IT ACTUALLY WORKS • Slow it down — step through tricky counts at half speed • Mirror mode — flip the video so "their left" is your left • Loop a segment — repeat one 4- or 8-count until it's automatic • Segment by segment — master one piece, then build up cumulatively TRACK REAL PROGRESS Every segment goes from first-try to fully mastered, so you always know exactly what to run next. TRIM TO WHAT MATTERS Upload a clip and trim it to just the part you're learning before it processes. DanceFlow Pro unlocks unlimited routines and every practice tool. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
