About

MaxPull

Features

axPull is a pull-up training app built around one idea: your working max should go up, automatically, based on how your last set actually felt. Open the app, see today's plan, get on the bar. No sign-up screen, no account to create, nothing to remember. Your progress lives on your phone from the first set. **HOW IT WORKS** Every session ends with one question: Easy, Normal, or Hard? That single answer drives your next plan. Crush it, and your working max climbs. Grind through it, and MaxPull mostly holds steady — two solid Normals in a row nudge it up, one alone just holds the line. Struggle twice in a row, and it backs off — so you're always training at the edge of what you can actually do, not a fixed number that ignores how you're feeling. Every 18 days, MaxPull asks for a real max-effort (AMRAP) test to recalibrate against reality, so the number driving your plan never drifts too far from the truth. **50 LEVELS** Your plan is built from your working max and organized into 50 levels, each with its own five-set structure. Level up automatically the moment you're ready — no manual button, no gate, no waiting. **BUILT FOR THE BAR** Reps are logged after each set, not tapped in live — when you're hanging from the bar, both hands are busy. Drop off, log what you got, and move to the next set. Logged the wrong number? Undo it in one tap. Feeling strong? The target's a floor, not a ceiling — log more if you've got it left. Rest between sets is a simple countdown with a chime when it's done. Skip it if you're ready early. **STREAKS THAT MATTER** MaxPull tracks your current streak and your longest streak, plus a 14-day view of your daily reps, so you can see the pattern, not just today's number. **WHAT MAXPULL DOESN'T HAVE** No account or login — your data stays on your device. No in-app purchases. No subscription. No paywalled history. Every core feature is available from the first launch, for everyone, for free. **SIMPLE BY DESIGN** MaxPull is one screen away from a workout at all times: open the app, see the plan, start. That's the whole product.
