Hi, my name is Greg, I am I highly qualified Coach with the understanding of the anatomy function of the human body giving me an in-depth knowledge of how the body works and how individuals can achieve their personal goals, whilst staying injury free. I am also a qualified nutritionist (Advanced Nutrition Level 1 & 2) so I am able to give advice on diet and weight loss, as well as on the nutritional value of different food types. I am an enthusiastic and results orientated coach that will not only push you to your overall maximum limits and challenge you, but also make you feel more confident about yourself along the way. I won’t “JUST” be your Personal Trainer but I will also educate you in all areas regarding health and fitness. Before I had a goal, I felt lost and unmotivated. I made a decision, committed to that decision and found it was the best thing I could have done. I have yet to reach my potential but now have the drive and determination to see how far I can go. Without a goal you won’t reach your full potential, you could have the best ship in the world but without a destination it will just float around aimlessly at sea.
