Doorstep One is a valet trash app for porters, residents, and the operators who support them. Porters run assigned apartment trash routes, document service with photos, track violations, and keep working offline. Residents see their collection schedule and receive pickup alerts. FOR PORTERS Run every valet trash route from one mobile app: - View assigned routes and schedules - Log collections unit by unit - Document violations with photos and notes - Record service at trash chutes, compactors, and recycling stations - Complete pre-route and post-route photo checks - Search and filter units during a route - Scan QR codes for fast unit lookup - Receive route-assignment notifications - Unlock securely with Face ID or Touch ID - Use the app in English or Spanish BUILT FOR APARTMENT COMMUNITIES Apartment buildings have dead zones. Doorstep One is offline-ready: route activity is saved locally and syncs when the connection returns. During an active route, GPS records route coverage so supervisors can follow progress and maintain an auditable service record. FOR RESIDENTS Residents do not need an account. Enter the invite code from your property manager to: - View the collection schedule for your unit - Receive a Last Call alert when collection begins - See live collection status - Change or reconnect a unit when needed FOR VALET TRASH OPERATORS Doorstep One replaces paper logs, spreadsheets, and group texts with assigned routes, service documentation, workforce visibility, and property-manager reporting. The mobile app is the field companion to the Doorstep One operations platform. Any valet trash service provider or property management company can become a Doorstep One client. Organizations invite porters; property managers invite residents. Learn more or request a demo at doorstep.one.
