Unusable
I’ve tried several times, but the app only shows a blank white screen, even after updating the app. Left it to load in case that was the issue, but no luck. This 90 system doesn’t make a whole lot of sense without a speedy, intuitive and functional app.

Where is process
We want to be able to let our maintenance team access the processes because they do not use laptops. This is the only use we have for the app and it’s a feature that is only available on the web version. Until this gets added our maintenance staff will not be entered into our directory so you are also loosing money on this. 👎🏽

Terrible
Clunky, laggy, and I have two companies, I cannot switch to the other company despite clicking directly on it. Completely useless at this point.

Can’t log in
I logged in one time, but then it logged me out and it won’t let me log back in because of supposed password issues, though I have no issues logging into the website. No password reset on the app. Useless.
Love the My90 View
I love the simplicity of the My90 view to easily see my to do’s, issues, and rocks. It makes checking in on my world super simple and quick at the top of the day.
Log in not working
I’m a die hard 90 user on desktop, but the mobile app has far too many issues with log in. It’s virtually impossible to get logged in. Please fix these bugs and I’ll update my review
Buggy
The apps functionality when signed is good. But it regularly logs me out, and the Login button is broken when that happens. The only way to log back in is to uninstall the app and reinstall. This has happened several times and continues to happen. Running current iOS.
An okay start
I like being able to see the basics such as to-do’s, issues and milestones.
Would like to be able to see the scorecard.
Also, app is constantly logging me out and now the login with Google feature is broken so I can’t log in at all. This makes it difficult to use as an executive on the go.

Scorecard is completely missing
Like the idea of the app but you still have some kinks to work out. Also please at the very least, add the ability to view the scorecard.

BUGS
The good first: I like the to dos and milestones which make it much easier to add and complete them on the go from the app.
The bad: I get logged out every time I close the app for an extended period of time requiring logging in again. The “remember me” option should be enabled by default. Also I’ve had to rely on the sign in with Google method since the password reset option never sent a login email for me to get logged in via email. The login with Google button is now not registering at all. I have no way to sign in. I’ve tried closing the app and relaunching it. Please fix the bugs around logging in and improve user experience by staying logged in.

No support for meetings
The single best feature that 90 allows its paying customers to do is conduct effective meetings using the proven method of the EOS platform. This should be the main focal point of this app. Instead, I believe its developers thought that providing a glorified todo list to jot down issues and tasks on the go was the best purpose for this app. Our company conducts meetings via zoom. Some of our leadership team is in the field and zooms in while we share the screen for them to follow along during the meeting. I was looking forward to an app that allowed them to join the meeting and interact as the rest of us with laptops do. There is no advantage to using this app while the mobile browser allows them to do much more.

Great app
Easy to use. It’s a simplified version of the website that I can open to check my To-dos and add quick Issues before the meeting. Love it!

Easy too use, too simple
It works well and fast, and has your essentials like Rocks, milestones, and To-Dos, but it’s missing some other things I’d like to access in the app that are only available on desktop for now. For example, I would love it if the scorecard was on the app (that’s my number one request).
