ThrowLab brings release analysis, distance measurement, and practice history together on your iPhone. See how your Speed, Disc Angle, and Release Path compare with targets tailored to your disc and throw. Track your longest throws, follow your release trends, and earn milestones as your practice adds up. Start with 5 free video analyses and 5 free saved distance measurements, counted separately. ThrowLab Pro unlocks unlimited access to both. VIDEO ANALYSIS Understand how your release compares with the targets for your selected disc, throw style, and intended line. • Continuous indicators for Speed, Disc Angle, and Release Path • Green, yellow, and red ratings to show how each reading compares with its target • Frame-by-frame disc tracking • Support for forehand, backhand, right-handed, and left-handed throws • Straight, hyzer, and anhyzer intended lines DISTANCE TRACKING Measure the estimated straight-line distance from your throwing position to your disc’s final resting position, including where it finishes after skips and rolls. • Feet and meters • Estimated elevation change • Local wind estimates from Apple Weather when available • Average and farthest qualifying distances by disc TRENDS AND MILESTONES See how your Speed, Disc Angle, and Release Path vary across practice. Filter release trends by disc, throw style, and intended line, and view each throw’s position relative to its target. Track your farthest qualifying throws by disc and compare distance results with your disc averages. Earn First Match, Dialed In ×5, and Locked In ×10 release milestones, plus milestones for total dialed-in throws across your bag. Matches are cumulative and don’t need to be consecutive. Earned release milestones stay with you even after you delete older sessions. Share full-page images of your Trends and Milestones. PRACTICE SESSIONS Video analyses and distance measurements are grouped automatically into practice sessions. Review your throws, filter your history, and sort by distance. Delete individual throws or entire sessions. Distance averages and records update to reflect the remaining qualifying measurements. YOUR BAG AND DISC COMPARISON Build your personal disc bag using a searchable catalog with auto-filled flight ratings. Compare up to four discs with color-coded estimated flight paths. Adjust arm power and throw style to explore how their flight ratings differ. PRIVACY AND ACCURACY Throw videos are processed on your iPhone. Distance tracking requires camera access; measurement camera frames are not saved or uploaded. Location information supports distance measurement and local weather requests. Video ratings, distance, elevation, and wind information are estimates. Use a consistent filming setup when comparing release results across practice. Disc comparison paths are based on flight ratings, not recordings of your throws. Throw safely and stay aware of your surroundings. THROWLAB PRO After you use a feature’s five free uses, continuing with that feature requires ThrowLab Pro. Choose an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription for unlimited video analyses and distance measurements. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
