Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Foretales at daily against Voidloop's every 8 days. Foretales also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (164 vs 30). Voidloop's advantage is review sentiment (80% vs 58%) and price ($1.99 vs $4.99). On ads, in-app purchases, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

Foretales costs $4.99 and Voidloop $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Foretales holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Foretales has 164 ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Foretales's written reviews are positive against 80% of Voidloop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Foretales ships an update daily, Voidloop every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
