Pill Counting
Read full descriptionHide full description
Spread your pills out, take one photo, and the app counts them. β How it counts A model trained to put a dot at the centre of every pill runs entirely on your device. It gives a value for every pixel rather than dividing the frame into cells and guessing what sits in each one, so pills that touch each other are still counted separately. It handles photos with more than a hundred pills packed close together. β What you see β’ One dot per pill counted β you can see at a glance what was counted and what was missed β’ The total, shown large over the photo β’ Fix it by hand β tap a pill to remove it, tap an empty spot to add one β’ Save and share β the picture with the dots and the total can be saved to your album or sent β Getting a good photo β’ Spread the pills so they do not overlap. Stacked pills cannot be counted, by the app or by you β’ Hold the phone close enough to fill the square on screen β’ The more the pills differ from the surface in colour, the better (dark surface for white pills) β Your photo does not leave the device There is no server. The photo and all of the counting happen on this device and nothing is sent anywhere. The result picture goes into your album only when you press save. β What this app does not do β’ It does not identify what the medicine is. It only counts β’ It does not manage doses or send reminders β’ It says nothing about prescriptions or dosage β’ It says nothing about health β Please read this The count is for reference. It can be wrong when pills overlap or the lighting is uneven. Check the dots on screen, and count by hand when the exact number matters. Do not rely on this number for dispensing, medication, or anything else where someone's health depends on it. Free to use, supported by ads.
Smart Noise Detector
Read full descriptionHide full description
Smart Noise Detector helps you capture sounds that stand out from the background. Start monitoring, let the app measure the room for three seconds, and it will record automatically when the sound crosses your chosen threshold. AUTOMATIC RECORDING β’ Monitor relative sound levels in real time. β’ Choose a threshold of +12, +18, or +24 dB above the ambient baseline. β’ Save each sound event as a separate M4A file. β’ Stop each recording after two seconds below the threshold. β’ Recalibrate when your surroundings change. β’ Continue monitoring with background audio support. FIND AND SHARE YOUR RECORDINGS Review recordings by date, time, and duration. Play a recording or tap Share to send the audio file through the iOS share sheet, use AirDrop, or save a copy to Files. Tap Select to choose several recordings or select all, then review the count before deleting. Canceling keeps your selection, and any recordings that cannot be deleted stay in the list so you can try again. ENGLISH AND KOREAN The app supports English and Korean, with English as the default for other device languages. YOUR RECORDINGS STAY WITH YOU Recordings are stored on your device and remain available when you update the app. NoiseDetector does not collect your recordings or upload them to a server. Audio leaves the app only when you choose to share it. Sound levels are relative to your device microphone and are not calibrated sound pressure measurements. Use the app to review everyday sounds, noise events, or barking while monitoring is active.
