About

Calorie Gap

Is your daily calorie burn sometimes hundreds lower than usual? If you charge your Apple Watch overnight, the resting calories for those hours can go missing from Apple Health. Calorie Gap finds the missing hours and fills them in using your own burn rate. Once those hours are filled in, calorie trackers like Lose It! and any other app that reads Apple Health see your full daily burn, and your calorie budget is right again. HOW IT WORKS Calorie Gap scans your Resting Energy history for hours with no data. For each gap, it estimates an hourly burn rate from your own data: gaps while you slept use your lowest overnight rate, and gaps while you were awake use the rate from just before the gap. Review the correction and adjust it if needed, or let the app fix new gaps automatically in the background. KEY FEATURES • Automatic gap detection and background monitoring • Smart Fix — separate burn rates for sleep and waking hours • One-tap or fully automatic gap fixes • Detailed hourly timeline for each gap • Notifications when new gaps appear • Choose how far back to scan, from 1 to 30 days • Mark a gap as resolved if you already logged those calories yourself • Every fix can be undone, and your existing Health data is never changed PRIVACY All processing happens on your iPhone. Your health data is never sent to a server. WHAT'S INCLUDED Try all features free for 14 days, then unlock permanently with a single purchase — no subscriptions. Calorie Gap requires access to Resting Energy data in Apple Health.
