WatchMyHRV brings HRV check-ins and personal wellness trends to your Apple Watch. GUIDED CHECK-INS Choose a 90-second, 3-minute, or 5-minute reading. Follow live pulse, progress, and signal-quality feedback, with guidance when the watch needs a steadier signal. CLEAR MEASUREMENT SOURCES Results show SDNN in milliseconds and identify where the reading came from. WatchMyHRV prefers individual heartbeat intervals, then an Apple Health SDNN reading recorded during your check-in. When neither is available, it shows a clearly labeled pulse estimate. Pulse estimates are not saved to Apple Health as measured HRV. RMSSD and pNN50 are shown only when individual heartbeat intervals are available. YOUR PERSONAL TRENDS After at least three distinct days of comparable readings, the Wellness Index compares your recent SDNN with a rolling 28-day personal median. The Monitor screen shows daily trends and a stress/strain signal based on changes from your usual range. Low-confidence or stale readings prompt a fresh check-in. HISTORY AND COMPLICATIONS Review recent readings, refresh Apple Health history, and add HRV complications to your watch face. Estimates and older readings are labeled so you can interpret them in context. SETTINGS THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE Adjust reading duration, display thresholds, and optional reminders. Measurement data stays on your devices; no account is required. Health access is requested when you choose to connect. Requires watchOS 11 or later. Available data depends on your Apple Watch and the signal captured during each session. Averaged pulse samples cannot provide the same information as individual heartbeat intervals. WatchMyHRV is intended for general wellness awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. The stress signal reflects HRV trends, not a direct measurement of psychological stress.
Peace Mob
Read full descriptionHide full description
Peace Mob is a global movement of free, in-person gatherings for inner peace and interpersonal harmony. The ritual is simple: people meet in a public space and share 23 minutes of silence together. Long enough to settle, short enough for a first-timer. What happens after — tea, conversation, music, a walk, or nothing at all — is up to the group. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find a Mob — discover silent gatherings near you on a map. • Sit with the 23-minute timer — on your own, or alongside a live gathering, wherever you are. • RSVP and connect — tell a host you're coming, and message other members. • Get notifications — hear about new gatherings near you. • Host your own — apply to host, and once approved, post a gathering in a public space. WHY 23 MINUTES Long enough to register as a real presence — a pocket of calm in a busy place — and short enough for anyone, no experience required. Bring whatever practice is yours: sitting, slow walking, silent prayer, or simply being still. OPEN TO EVERYONE Peace Mobs happen in public space — parks, plazas, libraries — and they're always free. Come as you are. Peace is a basic human need, not a luxury. Peace Mob is one small, repeatable way to choose it — together.
