Both are free to download. Word Play Mobile sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fivefold sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Word Play Mobile against 5.0 for Fivefold. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Word Play Mobile has 107 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
