Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: OpenSol at 5.0 against Pebble Core's 4.5. OpenSol also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 70%). Pebble Core's advantage is ratings volume (71 vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
